Told me my total, then told me hold on when I passed him my car, then made me reverse 10 feet?When I pulled up again he went into asking me about sauces, but I said if we’re going to restart this, restart from the top (as in, tell me my total and repeat my order).Weird weird weird.
In the hospitality industry, customer service rules. That was the case here - Lorna in the drive-thru made our day. She was very sweet, well-mannered, and kind. I don't know what kind of day she was having, but her pleasant personality shone through.

Nice Carl’s Jr. location! Went for breakfast and ordered the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with the hash browns. Everything tasted good, and came out quickly. Very nice staff members. Nice that they open at 6am. Recommend for a quick and easy option.
