“The smoothie bowls were delicious. They had a variety of fresh ingredients and many ways to customize smoothies to toast. There was a kid size that was very affordable up to a large for the bowls. The store was very busy, but the wait was not long. The two days we went, the staff was very nice.“

“I have reviews of several different açai providers, it’s a regular family treat for us. This location had good, but not jaw-dropping açai, prices were somewhere between normal and slightly high, service was good for a takeout-only location, but the takeout only location left a lot to be desired. It’s in kind of a trendy Industrial park that’s being converted to shops and restaurants, but no seating and a weird location mean that I probably won’t be back.“

“Tried the hummus wrap and avocado toast at La Vida and wow, healthy food that actually tastes good is real. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. This is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re eating ‘healthy’ because it just tastes great. Definitely coming back.“

“I was just on a weeklong vacation to Carlsbad and took vacay mode seriously by getting a Better Buzz latte each day. It was DELICIOUS! Iced or hot, they both were great. Also, a shoutout to Haley, the GOAT, who one morning held the shop down all on her own with a line going out the door. She had a smile on her face the entire time while taking orders between making what seemed like an endless queue of coffee orders. Now I’m home and I miss my buzz.“

“This place is awesome from great quality to customer service , Sean and Laura are very nice. I really recommend this place , so far I’ve tried the chicken chipotle torta ( bomb). “As you all should know, this beach is mine and my family's. My husband actually grew up in Oceanside, just across the tracks from Buccaneer Beach. It's fabulous food, fabulous people and The lifeguards were great on point as always!The waves were huge for the first time in my life, so I decided to skip it today.It was that much and I was born essentially at the beach but everything is just so beautiful and so spiritual and my husband when he passed away I put his ashes at buccaneer“

“Sambazon in Cardiff is awesome. They are quite frequently busy, but they are fast and worth waiting for. I have the PB Açaí bowl and it fills me up for the whole day. The people are super friendly and helpful. If you are in Encinitas be sure to go the extra few miles to Cardiff by the Sea.“
