From the moment you enter the door you know you are entering somewhere special. We were taken through into an environment of nature and sound unlike any other in SD. Elegant taste and sublime design. The place has potential but needs to make some changes immediately. First off, close the windows and doors or get some heat lamps, it's the middle of winter. It was 47 outside, and 47 inside. Absolutely freezing inside and everyone - including men - had their coats on, not fun. The staff refused to close the doors or windows (insane).
