Herb and Sea is a vibing fine-dining spot tucked away in downtown Encinitas.
It’s popular and always busy and draws you in with its warm lighting and cozy chic vibe.
The food and cocktails were incredible and service was immaculate, with excellent recommendations from our waiter. We loved everything we had, but the mussel toast was stand out.
