“Been here for so many years and it's been my all time favorite Chinese restaurant. They have the best quality food and great service compared to any Chinese restaurants I've been too. Definitely recommended as my number 1 Chinese cuisine“
“Amazing food for the prices!! Best orange chicken I’ve ever had. The walnut shrimp is over the top. They’re rices are as amazing as they’re chicken. The portions are great for the prices. In every meal they include fortune cookies as a little dessert. 10/10 great fast “
“Undisputable best place for Vietnamese food in North County. Something to be said about the authenticity of a restaurant where all the employees are of that nationality. Mostly Vietnamese, except a handful of servers. All the aunties are amazing! They literally treat you like family. Food is amazing, but the service is phenomenal! This is a place where you and your stomach leave smiling. Been here 4 times and each time has you wanting to come back.We always order the cha gio egg rolls, charbroiled pork spring rolls, beef spring rolls, P-1 pho with a full beef rib, and honey chicken with jasmine rice. Their fried items have the perfect level of crisp, ASMR-worthy crunch. It isn't cheap, but it's absolutely worth it!One of my top 5 favorite spots to eat in North County!“
“Wow! What a wonderful experience. It was absolutely delicious and our server was so attentive, kind and helpful. We will be going back for sure.It was $120 for 4 of us to eat. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees. We have 4 boxes full of leftovers to bring home too! We highly recommend Chins.John 3:16. Jesus loves you!?✝️ “
“We used to eat at the Chins in San Marcos back in the mid to late nineties. It was our all time favorite Chinese Restaurant. We are staying here in Del Mar and ordered "to go" at Chins just down the street. Food is still delicious as we ordered Honey Sesame Duo, Beef Chop Suey, and Pork Pot stickers. Pot stickers are still the best anywhere!“
“I went in for lunch today based on their reviews. I ordered the spicy chicken from the lunch menu and asked for it to be made medium spicy. It was quite good. And a good value for portion size. Unfortunately, although I like spicy food.It was a little to spicy even for me . Next time maybe I should order it mild.“
“Solid place for a variety of Chinese food. We've had delicious meals here, twice cooked pork, chow mein, baby bok choy, sautéed pea shoots, pork and shrimp dumplings, salt and pepper fish, hot and sour soup. There is something for everyone. Everything has always been really good... considering everything is going up, they've kept their prices fair and reasonable. It is in our regular rotation.“
“My coworkers and I would frequent this restaurant often. I would normally get one of the Large Pho bowls but other times I would venture out to Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These noodles were served with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mints, pickled carrots and daikon, roasted peanuts and fish sauce. This instance I got it with grilled chicken and egg rolls. Great food all the time!“
“Just authentic top notch Shanghainese cuisine. We appreciate the dedication and effort of the restaurant, allowing us to enjoy genuine hometown dishes. The service has improved significantly since the soft opening. The speed of serving has also increased considerably.H1. Shanghai Pan Fried Noodle, G5. Shanghai Pork with Bamboo Shoot Soup, B2. Duck Seasoned with Soy Sauce, E4. Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables are our favorite dishes.Thank you Chef Zhu for your exquisite craftsmanship!“
“Most of the food was really good. Do not order the chocolate souffle. It's more of a defrosted hockey puck. Shameful that they even tried to serve that when they are known to be a quality restaurant. Then paying at the end was awful. They insisted we use our phones and their QR code. It didn't work for most of us. Geeze McDonald's can do better! I would come here again if my group chooses to but not eat dessert and I would use cash.“
“China Fusion was excellent! The food was delicious with generous portions at a really agreeable price! The cream cheese wontons and Szechwan Beef were my personal favorites. The Beef with Broccoli was tasty but didn’t seem as flavorful when up against the Szechwan Beef. The restaurant was spotless and had peaceful classical music playing. China Fusion deserves all the stars from service alone. I’ve never been somewhere where the staff was so thoughtful, so considerate. We were greeted and seated and brought bowls of egg drop soup while we were looking over the menu. They were quick to take our orders, get us food, fill our drinks. One server even pulled out a chair for me to put my bag when he saw me trying to get open it while holding an infant. They packaged our leftovers for us and gave us an extra fortune cookie. Just small, thoughtful acts that really impressed us. We absolutely plan on coming here again and again.“
“So good! I've been here a number of times now and everything I've tried has been wonderful. I especially love the duck, the garlic snow pea leaves, the onion lamb, and any of the salt-and-pepper entrees. Portions are huge. Staff are friendly and efficient, and it's a nice, open casual place to hang out, talk, and enjoy a great meal.“
“Great Chinese food and service , the only thing to at I have to complain is these two couple who are picky on food, and boss the waitress around and staring at other people but overall the restaurant is good for food depending what you make out of it.“
“Chef Tang did they're thang!!!! I'm from Chicago and have notttttttt tasted Chinese food thats tasted like home until tonight!!!! Please keephis magic!! Fresh, flavorFULL and just GOODT!!! I ordered shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg foo young and the chicken egg rolls. Reminded me of home ❤️“
“I have one word to say....LEGIT!!! This place is absolutely legit. So nice to have some legit cultural food here in Carlsbad!! The walnut prawns are the absolute best I have ever had and they are my favorite so that is saying a lot. Prices were absolutely reasonable for what you get. We did not have to wait and the service was perfect!!“
“A nice place with a calming atmosphere. I like the food a lot, occasionally on the edge of too much salt/msg but never crossing the line.Their menu is a little less inspiring than their competitive siblings at Chin's Szechwan, but both Chin's are better than so many other Chinese restaurants.“
“My wife and I go to Thai Pasta for lunch at least once a week. The food is great and the people there are friendly. They do a lot of take-out and Doordash orders, but not a lot of dine-in, so it is normally a nice, quiet place for lunch. The food arrives quickly if you need a quick lunch, but there is never a rush to leave.“
“As you enter you will be greeted by the pleasant smells of the various dishes served here. This location is spotless, with excellent customer service and delicious food. The food here goes above and beyond any other location I've visited. If you are into spice, I have to recommend the firecracker chicken, it is a game changer for chicken entree's.“
“First time trying out this place for our annual Xmas chinese food dinner. Have to say we loved it. We ordered the chow mein, orange chicken, shrimp, and rice. Everything was cooked wonderfully and the flavor was amazing. They ran out of a side of veggies and whipped one right up for us within a few minutes too. Will definitely be back.“
“Stopped at their booth in Balboa Park during the Lunar New Year festival. Their prices were very reasonable with a 3-for-$10 on steamed buns. We got chicken and mushroom and cabbage and mushroom. So good! The fillings were plentiful and flavorful and the buns were tasty and perfectly steamed! Will def buy from them again next time we see them!“
“Food was good, we ordered the Mongolian Beef, Crab Rangoon, and Tofu Chow Mein. Would have loved to have tasted more crab in my Crab Rangoon, but other than that, food tasted good. Service was good too, took about ten minutes to get our food which was average. Atmosphere at the Wind Mill Food Hall is great, a must see for first timers as there are many places to choose from!Vegetarian options: Some egg products in a few dishes, make sure you ask!“
“I love this place, the salt and pepper chicken and chow mein are really good. The family that works there are friendly and give great service. The prices are similar to other Asian fast food places. Only complaint is sometimes I’ve gotten some dry chicken, it was later in the day so I was just unlucky.“
“The food here is great, but I'm basing my review entirely on the service. This was my first time going for a rather large dinner order for my family.Lupe and Angie were extremely kind and helpful with my order. I've never used the app before, but they walked me through its features and reward program--all while readying my large order at the same time. They really went above and beyond to help me; the service was quick (not rushed) and friendly. I've never met them before, but they made me feel like we were good friends. You can just tell they're both caring and helpful people. Honestly, it was a a refrshing experience and far beyond the normal level of service you'd get anywhere else. They deserve a raise for sure!Like I said, the food is great; but I'd go back for their top tier service alone. Thanks again for your help and friendly service ladies!“
“Authentic and had my taste buds dancing. They changed their name of the restaurant however still seemed as though it was operated by same people. The Dan Dan noodles were enough spice for me and I couldn't get enough. We also ordered about 10 other dishes and shared family style. The place easily accommodated for our party of 12.“
“Had a yummy lunch at Chinese Korean fusion restaurant CHIKO. We sat on the dog friendly patio where you order through QR codes on the table. We ordered the XO shrimp, spicy kumin lamb stir fry, and pork belly bao. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food comes out quick. Recommend, not many Asian fusion restaurants in the area.“
