McDonald's in Encinitas

“I came through the DT on 8/31 at around 9:10pm and witnessed an extremely entitled and emotionally immature woman berate the person working at the window because of her drink. I had my window down for the entire conversation and he was nothing but polite and respectful. She flew off the handle and was literally screaming at him. I believe his name was Terreo, but I just wanted to shout him out here, as well as the young man who was working with him. He was pleasant over the speaker, and somehow still managed to be pleasant after that awful customer interaction. These people do not get paid enough to deal with that garbage, absolutely disgusting behavior displayed on her part. I hope management takes good care of him, no one deserves to be treated like that!“
