Always loved pipes. Food is great. Service is fast and prices are still fair. Each plate is a LOT of food. It can be hard to find an open table to sit and can get quite busy, but it's always great ?
Insane breakfast burritos! Worth the line. The sausage egg and avo is my favorite. Do not park in the seaside parking lot or you'll get towed... their plate breakfasts are good, too but the burritos are enormous and have so much flavor. Definitely recommend when you're by the beach and looking for a good breakfast.
