Insane breakfast burritos! Worth the line. The sausage egg and avo is my favorite. Do not park in the seaside parking lot or you'll get towed... their plate breakfasts are good, too but the burritos are enormous and have so much flavor. Definitely recommend when you're by the beach and looking for a good breakfast.

Pipes Cafe is a flavor-packed gem, bustling with quality and satisfaction. Despite the weekend crowd, the line moved fast. I tried the number 3 burrito - loaded with eggs, cilantro, green chili, cheese, and pica sauce - it's massive and shareable and packed with flavor. With both indoor seating and outdoor dog-friendly seating, it's a standout in the local community. Will definitely return to this casual style restaurant.
