Starbucks in Encinitas

“My regular shop. I always get good service. BUT… the music choices!! 😩🤦‍♀. Who does this??!! This is not a cocktail lounge. It is not a dance club. Read your audience! People are trying to focus on their work or talk to their little kids. I even see people using headphones to block out the awful music. Play music that’s appropriate to the time and place. We’re near the ocean- play The Beach Boys. People are working on their computers- play some soft rock or anything that doesn’t conflict with focusing. Little kids are around- play music that is not inappropriate and will NOT get them hopping and jumping in everybody’s way. Do you really WANT little kids dancing in the store when seven people are standing there? When you see people with headphones on, please reconsider your music choices. It’s a coffee shop. Not a bar!“

“I went there today and ordered a matcha latte and i forgot to mentioned oatmilk cause im lactose intolerance,so i told Jack that i made a mistake and he was very nice and made me anither matcha latte with oatmilk and he even apoligize that he should have asked me,what a nice guy.his very professional and nice about it,last time i was there i made anither mistake and the lady,shes a the heavy set lady she yelled at me and told me that she will charge me and i can take the other one either i can throw it away or give it to sone one else,she was veryrude,not likè Jack best customer service.“

“This location of starbucks always has the best service! Fast efficient and just always so nice. When you go here in the morning on the way to work. And it's packed busy, they're still sweet and nice.
I wish the one in El Camino Real had the same.“

“As of right now, one of the Starbucks that keep offering the services they used to before the "change." They still having tables inside and outside and not one but two restrooms available. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting and definitely what you wait for when you visit a Starbucks.“
