“I order a water cup first the employees were kind and so I decided to order the cookie crisp mocha, how ever the drink was not the size I ordedled. The sweet heart did not ask for my receciet she simply fixed the issue with no attitude answer smile and kindness i don't always seeb that level of service not even at 5 star restraunts. She made me a new drinkk I offered and to let keep the first drink the other one, maybe give it to it to someone struggling. She insisted I keep them both and made my day, thanks be to God, makes me want to do kind things. Great employees service and atmosphere, and service, and sweet girls making an honest living d support them with tips if you don't. Remember this is somebody making an honest living serving you your wake up. Anyways praise be to Jesus. And go check out the store.“

“I went there today and ordered a matcha latte and i forgot to mentioned oatmilk cause im lactose intolerance,so i told Jack that i made a mistake and he was very nice and made me anither matcha latte with oatmilk and he even apoligize that he should have asked me,what a nice guy.his very professional and nice about it,last time i was there i made anither mistake and the lady,shes a the heavy set lady she yelled at me and told me that she will charge me and i can take the other one either i can throw it away or give it to sone one else,she was veryrude,not likè Jack best customer service.“

“This location of starbucks always has the best service! Fast efficient and just always so nice. When you go here in the morning on the way to work. And it's packed busy, they're still sweet and nice.
I wish the one in El Camino Real had the same.“

“As of right now, one of the Starbucks that keep offering the services they used to before the "change." They still having tables inside and outside and not one but two restrooms available. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting and definitely what you wait for when you visit a Starbucks.“
