Starbucks in Carlsbad

“This is the only starbucks I go to like 3 times a week. They go above and beyond. everyone is always extremely nice and helpful. there's seating and a bar where you can put milk and sugar in your coffee. my drinks no matter how much i customize always come out perfect and 10 times better than any other starbucks ive been to. the baristas Emily and Jeff and many others are consistently and awesome making my drinks. they always draw cute things on my cups and always have a smile. their enthusiasm and happiness leaves me smiling. I've never seen or had a rude or un nice barista. everyone I've met were always super nice. they have coffee grounds you can take for your garden or compost. ive never had an issue with their food. its consistently cooked perfect.“

“Let you tell you that I happen to pass by Starbucks and so everything was wrong with me I never stopped at Starbucks but this time I just put my Car in to hi move and pulled into Starbucks for the first time ever and I was so scared that I wasn't going to like it and the girl came up to me and said what can I get you she was a very nice person and she said would you like to try out are Starbucks I have a wonderful idea that you will like and I said okay I will try it out and she brought it to me and all I could think of was how much I loved it when I remember her name I would go back and tell her she was really right about I would love it if she would have been the one to open up my eyes and I see Starbucks always and I stop 🛑 to get it again and again this is my story and I'm so happy to have a great time at Starbucks“

“This is one of my favorite starbucks to work from. It's near my gym; it's in a nice area; the staff is always super friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Hunter: he always comes off very pleasant, super accommodating, and assuring. But honestly, the entire staff here is just very easy to talk to and positive. 100% would recommend just for the level of service and care here.“

“Angel really went above and beyond for me one morning. I mobile ordered at the wrong location. He noticed that and immediately helped me out. Took my exact order again and saved me a drive across the way. He was so accommodating and really made my day. Just wanted to say thank you Angel!“

“I love Starbucks and with covid-19 almost kind of gone kind of I'm weaning off the food stamps however you can't use your EBT card at any Starbucks but you can at this one because they're connected to the Vons grocery store so when I go in I don't do it all the time but when I go in and do my shopping I'll get myself a tall Pikes coffee so I can do my shopping and then I'm on my way and all you have to do is just swipe your EBT“

“Issues with parking is a serious understatement. The parking situation is horrendous and it isn't a drive thru so the parking lot ends around the corner from the shop.

I drive an adventure van and I couldn't turn around in the parking lot. I had to back up and do a three point turn in a tight corner.

I'd skip this location and go to a different one next time.

That said, the drink was great and the employees kind.“

“I’m a regular at this Starbucks for several reasons. First and foremost the baristas are friendly and professional. They make my day!
Second my drink is always right and if I need something they always accommodate, and with a smile! They never make you feel like you’re asking too much.
Third the atmosphere at this Starbucks is always welcoming and comfortable. Paula the Manager, and her crew, make an effort to get to know their customers and that creates a “family” feeling.
Fourth, the Starbucks Store, especially the restrooms, is always clean and tidy. No one wants to sit down to a sticky table or chair. You won’t get that here. And if they get slammed, they still make time to make sure the cafe is clean.

Parking: There’s front parking but also a large behind the store parking lot. There is parking across from the Starbucks as well. Plenty if parking!

Kid-friendliness: Many families come to this Starbucks and the outside patio area is spacious enough to accommodate large groups and families with dogs.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp behind this Starbucks in the parking lot with lots of parking spaces.“

Great footfalls and ample choices.
We took the refreshing mango dragfruit drink...it was great start to the day.

** They need to have CASHLESS tips! Please give them the opportunity to gain tips with the card paying customers. - it’s sad, there’s only $1-3 dollars in their little tip jar at all times.“
