I'm so mad because I went to buy breakfast this morning with coupons through the Drive thru. They told me I could only use 1 coupon for each visit. At the time they were serving me they took too long to deliver the food and on top of that the service was the worst. My order had 3 coffees and I asked for 3 sugar and 3 milk for each coffee and they only gave me one of each for everything. Everything was a mess. All the food was whipped and super full of fat. I was very thirsty, so I upsized to a large combo to get an extra large soda. The drive-through worker packed the cup to the very top with ice, so it was like getting an extra small kids meal size soda.

How you gonna have a mobile order, be 20 minutes late to pick up, but the order isnt ready?! And after i got (not looked at) stared by 3 workers there and no acknowledgement or a "we will be right with you!" Or some effort of noticing.
