How you gonna have a mobile order, be 20 minutes late to pick up, but the order isnt ready?! And after i got (not looked at) stared by 3 workers there and no acknowledgement or a "we will be right with you!" Or some effort of noticing. Love the location, but im just gonna go out of my way to go to any other store.Sidenote: you dont need thay much makeup to work at jack in the box. Its a bit too much

I'm so mad because I went to buy breakfast this morning with coupons through the Drive thru. They told me I could only use 1 coupon for each visit. At the time they were serving me they took too long to deliver the food and on top of that the service was the worst. My order had 3 coffees and I asked for 3 sugar and 3 milk for each coffee and they only gave me one of each for everything. Everything was a mess. All the food was whipped and super full of fat. Other than that they didn't give me utensils or butter or honey for the pancakes. All the food was cold and tasted horrible. The food plates were almost empty and they overcharged me. When I returned to complain they told me they couldn't do anything.

Check your food for plastic. Pieces of plastic bags end up in the food when employees open packaging. I have contacted Jack in the box 3 times and this has not been resolved.

I was very thirsty, so I upsized to a large combo to get an extra large soda. The drive-through worker packed the cup to the very top with ice, so it was like getting an extra small kids meal size soda.

The cook was handling food without gloves making tacos then burgers then bags. We left while watching them cook plus we waited a while to have our order taken. This was a blessing in disguise!

Like the breakfast platter. Slow, but you will get service after the drive thru is finished. Could be cleaner. One trash container that was not able to take the breakfast tray.

DONT GET THE SOUTH WEST SALAD! Looks nothing like the picture and was missing lots of items. The salads let us seems like it was days old and the line took forever. Also one small pack of ranch is not enough for a whole salad and the dressing dose not mix with the south west vibe.

Order the Bacon steakhouse burger. Came with no bacon. Drove back , didn't give me anything for the hassle. Tossed the burger in trash instead of letting me keep it.
