First time visiting. I went around 955am on a Tuesday morning and it was packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I had to walk in to order my white feta wrap & hot coffee. Customer service was good. My wrap was not fully cooked through. I can tell it was rushed. I will return but next time I will definitely order via the app.
I go to this Starbucks every morning and have never had a bad experience. I seldom if ever order anything to eat so I have no comment regarding the food here. However, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and a friendly “good morning, welcome to Starbucks.” Provided I don’t go during AM rush hour or at lunch my coffee is always given to me in a timely manner. I want to start off with saying the employees here are extremely nice!! Always super friendly and smiling. But they've gotten my food order wrong more than once and I didn't notice until I left. Both times I was given a sandwich with meat when I asked for none :( I understand sometimes not seeing the customization on the ticket but today I ordered a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and was given a turkey and provolone :( I just wish they were more careful about double checking orders!...read full review
