As someone who regularly eats Dominos, this was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered delivery at 8:01pm. The original wait time was 25 minutes. At 8:49pm, I called to check on my order and got hungup on after being put on hold for 12 minutes. My order finally arrived at 9:10pm and everything was inedible. Ordered through the app. After 2 hours and being on hold with the store for 20 mins, they mark my food as delivered. 20 mins later the driver shows up with a cold pizza and expects me to still pay full price.

Order didn't come. I attempted to call the store but only a machine told me my order was placed and hung up. I drove all the way to the store to get my money back. The manager told me he voided it and it will reflect in my account in two days. Come to find out he charged me for food I never got.
