Terrible place I asked for a grande matcha with no ice and salt foam and they filled it less then half way with all foam I took it back and someone else came to the window and says it does that not wanting to make it a bigger deal then it was I left but yeah terrible

A 36 minute wait in the drive-thru, with no option to exit from the line. This has to be the most degenerate crew in all Starbucks, globally. When Baristas fail Barista School, they’re sent to this location. My first time catching COVID was more of a pleasurable experience than what I just went through.Starbucks, please don’t reply with a generic apology. Send in a crew to fire, hire and revitalize this location.

I want to start off with saying the employees here are extremely nice!! Always super friendly and smiling. But they've gotten my food order wrong more than once and I didn't notice until I left. Both times I was given a sandwich with meat when I asked for none :( I understand sometimes not seeing the customization on the ticket but today I ordered a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and was given a turkey and provolone :( I just wish they were more careful about double checking orders! I know it's busy and I can absolutely cut food workers slack but it's disappointing when you can't eat what you paid for.

So whenever I go to Starbucks, I order a coffee with extra half and half and two Stevia's. I feel as if service is not is good if you order a coffee regular then if you order one of their special drinks. I asked for three-quarter inch half-and-half in to Stevia's. Sometimes they give me the coffee black. Sometimes they give me the coffee with no Stevia. Sometimes they give me the coffee with regular milk. It seems to me like they don't care about your drink because it is a regular coffee. and the price of a regular coffee is over three dollars so it is not like they're giving it away. This is one of the Starbucks's that have screwed me over in the past if anyone could tell me why they do this please respond and let me know. Thank you.

Camp Pendleton Starbucks is crazy busy.long lines. The staff does the best they can but they are usually overwhelmed. Expect a long wait.

I cannot believe I been in this drive thru for 25 min.

First time visiting. I went around 955am on a Tuesday morning and it was packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I had to walk in to order my white feta wrap & hot coffee. Customer service was good. My wrap was not fully cooked through. I can tell it was rushed. I will return but next time I will definitely order via the app.

Slow service. 20 min to heat a sandwich and a regular coffee and I had to leave to prevent being late. Never got the coffee. Don’t waste your time.
