This Starbucks is located inside the north oceanside Target. It’s very convenient to do some shopping here and get your coffee while staying out of this SoCal heat. They have some nice little tables and chairs between the Target entrance / exit and the Target checkout stands. The restrooms are on the other side of the entrance exit.
