mcdonalds is delicious
It took about 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get my son's meal. It was not busy either. No I'm sorry no nothing and they forgot everyone's order and had to ask at the widow. The last in front got my son's order which his meal was wide open not closed so it was closed. Awful place to get McDonald's. Need some more training and management needs more training. I work in sales and I would never not apologize and make it right for people eating at my place

While the food is often great, there have been reports of incorrect orders, such as receiving pickles when they were not requested, and issues with quality control, including soggy buns and missing fries in large meals.
Despite some challenges, the staff's positive attitude and thoughtful gestures, such as complimenting customers, have been appreciated and have made a positive impact on customers' experiences. However, issues with management have been highlighted, particularly regarding disputes, which are met with hostility and denial most of the time. Some customers have experienced problems when ordering through the app, leading to denied orders despite valid receipts. Overall, the restaurant offers quality food and caring staff, but customers should be aware of potential hazards, especially when using the mobile app.
