I got an iced expresso horchata through the app and received a delicious drink! I’m grateful for the Starbucks location. It’s busy, so I hope there would be more seating and accessible outlets in the future. The lighting is not the best for studying or completing work; however it’s a nice stop after shopping with family and friends. God bless you all+
This is a Starbucks inside South Coast mall. People can order and sit down in the mall’s hall way. Very neat and clean and spacious.
The cashier drew a smiley face and a cute cat on my cups, which instantly made me smile! It added a little extra joy to my coffee experience. ☕

Starbucks at South Coast Plaza is a welcoming spot with friendly service. They always get the order right and sometimes leave sweet messages on drinks. The staff greets everyone warmly and even has kid-friendly options. The manager went above and beyond to answer questions about the menu. The location is wheelchair accessible, and they go above and beyond, even giving out puppuccinos for furry friends. The Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is a delicious choice that's served promptly. It is refreshing and always consistent. They have different flavors of cold foam depending on the month, like the pistachio cream cold brew and the new Spring drink with lavender.
