Starbucks in Orange

“What a super friendly and fast Starbucks! I placed a mobil order on a busy weekday morning and was warmly greeted as I walked in for my pickup. They must do a lot of mobile orders - there were so many in the works and awaiting pickup! My husband ordered some food at the counter when we walked in and it was also warmed up and ready in no time. The employees were all exceptionally personable, helpful and so efficient.

Great location at the corner of Tustin & Meats in Orange CA, and lots of parking. This will be our go-to Starbucks when visiting our kids nearby.“

“My favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly. They have the best iced tea!

Parking: This little Plaza is very busy! At most of the times I visit, the wait isn't too long. However, the parking during busy times is difficult. In that case, just get in line at the drive-thru.“

“Avoid this location.
I am always on the go for my job. I visit a coffee house every day where I sit and work mostly. Starbucks is my favorite place. This location was very dissapointing. I ran in needed to use the restroom, I had to prove I made a purchase. The coffee was terrible. I let the Barista know I couldnt drink it. There was no offer to fix it or remake it. The Barista just laughed and threw it away. Terrible location.“

“My wife and I stopped by this Starbucks location yesterday because she needed her coffee. We used the drive thru because she didn't want to park and go inside. The drive thru wasn't that busy so there wasn't a long line.

She got herself the iced chai latte and we got my niece her pink drink with vanilla foam. The main issue I can see here is the drive thru being very narrow especially with the curve turn.

The drinks were made correctly and both my wife and my niece enjoyed their drink. Customer service was great.“

“This is my go-to for an evening coffee during my walks. It’s a busy little place, but keep in mind it’s walk-in only (no drive-thru or tables). Parking is never a headache though, which is a huge plus—usually I can park right at the front. The only downside is the drink quality varies a lot depending on the barista. Would love to see more consistency!“

“As Starbuck is constantly top in all items it sells. One exception that being Starbucks in Santa Ana. I have been up and down the coast and been to so many Starbucks and they all get an 80 to 90% rating. Trust me and get a coffee or many food ideas and gifts. Yes“

“i’m still confused. i don’t know how this was the best mocha frap that i’ve ever had at a starbucks. starbucks is starbucks, right? but it was so rich and mocha-y, bitter and sweet. it had the kind of flavor nuance that i expect from little indie shops. oh, and the service was super, super friendly.“

“Stopped here while we were waiting on our dog at the vet. Smaller drive thru location with 3 or 4 tables outside. We had our coffees outside which was OK. The area needs a little refresh and maybe a regular cleaning schedule. No chairs at the tables probably to keep vagrants from just hanging out front. Service was quick, helpful and friendly and the drinks were well prepared as usual for Starbucks. No food menu but they have most regular food items you'd find at any regular Starbucks.
The drive thru stayed busy the whole time we were there and there was a constant stream of walk up customers passing through.
Overall a decent experience and I would come back, but only as a walk up since the drive thru was fairly busy.“

“Went here on Saturday April 4th. And the server Taz behavior was very abrupt and he had a attitude. All I said was my refresher drink had way too much ice. He had a tone in his voice like I was a bother. And he said he would add more ice he was busy at the moment. He said it in not a nice way. Before me there were 2 other customers also asked for manager and complained about something.

But when I asked for manager he did not do anything about it and he looked rather young. Looked like he and Taz were friends or something is why he did nothing.

One more thing to add i noticed Taz hands were incredibly shaky. So maybe a addiction or possibly anxiety. Whatever the reason for unprofessional behavior in a public establishment to customers is not right.

Who do you complain to when manager sides with him? I go to the pharmacy in the target but now I may have to find another Starbucks and target somewhere else.

Just do not feel comfortable nor want to experience that again.“

“I've been a regular here for years, and overall it's been a great experience. Employees are all very nice and great at their jobs, and I especially love the new remodel they've undergone recently.

However, one problem continues to cancel out all of that; whenever it gets busy ive noticed multiple employees VIOLENTLY slamming things around as they are making drinks. The perpetual banging and slamming was so out of hand today that I had to leave. I couldnt focus on my work and when I finally did leave, it was with a throbbing headache.“

“This is my go to location. I wish I could spend more time in this location but the layout doesn't provide that sort of space.

All of that is put aside because of the wonderful team the manager has put together. I am ALWAYS greeted by Bridgette, Stephanie, Priscilla, Karla and Xavier. My drink is delicious every time, and on occasion, if it isn't - the are happy to make it right.

For a quick stop and go to get your caffeine fix - this is the place. The partners will keep you coming back, because you can get coffee everywhere but you can't get service like this anywhere.“

“Ash needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for helping my wife, child and I with a problem we had regarding an issue we had. They literally helped us out with problem that woudlve ruined our trip. If starbucks wants to reach out to me to discuss please dont hesitate“

Most of the complaints are a hole customers acting entitled for a lid or whatever nobody cares about. The baristas get the work done and they’re allowed to worry about closing on time. Maybe people should read the room and see the baristas have to go home too, people see them close and start a line and then wonder why the service sucks. This place is decent for a college Starbucks. The customers are the rude ones yelling at college students. There’s tens of coffee shops in the area.“
