“What a super friendly and fast Starbucks! I placed a mobil order on a busy weekday morning and was warmly greeted as I walked in for my pickup. They must do a lot of mobile orders - there were so many in the works and awaiting pickup! My husband ordered some food at the counter when we walked in and it was also warmed up and ready in no time. The employees were all exceptionally personable, helpful and so efficient.

Great location at the corner of Tustin & Meats in Orange CA, and lots of parking. This will be our go-to Starbucks when visiting our kids nearby.“

“My favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly. They have the best iced tea!

Parking: This little Plaza is very busy! At most of the times I visit, the wait isn't too long. However, the parking during busy times is difficult. In that case, just get in line at the drive-thru.“

I am always on the go for my job. I visit a coffee house every day where I sit and work mostly. Starbucks is my favorite place. This location was very dissapointing. I ran in needed to use the restroom, I had to prove I made a purchase. The coffee was terrible. I let the Barista know I couldnt drink it. There was no offer to fix it or remake it. The Barista just laughed and threw it away. Terrible location.“

“This is my go-to for an evening coffee during my walks. It’s a busy little place, but keep in mind it’s walk-in only (no drive-thru or tables). Parking is never a headache though, which is a huge plus—usually I can park right at the front. The only downside is the drink quality varies a lot depending on the barista. Would love to see more consistency!“

“This review is weeks late but James (who insisted I NOT put his name down - sorry not sorry) was the best barista I’ve had maybe ever! He was super friendly and after asking me a few questions I somehow trusted him to make me a drink without knowing what it would be. I ended up loving it and ordering it again which says a lot because I’m very picky - low to no sugar, minimal caffeine since it was later in the day. Ended up with basically a milk tea dupe - so good!! Shout out also to Lupe, Jay, Lauren, Amy, and Erin for making this place such a vibe and brightening my day! ☕️🌸☀️“

Easy to find location since look is so distinctive. I drive by every day when I need sum StartBucks...on way 2 work or headed out of town. While using Google Lens found out why the design & menu is so different compared to others. Turns out it is an official real-world economic viability & climate friendly location option. Learned a lot when googled the spot. Surprised 2 find out there is a long and detailed answer.
Program was part of:
Starbucks PreFab Modular Concept from few years back & it looks nothing like most other Starbucks. Never seen another like it anywhere.
Great spot for quick drive-thru orders and pickups. Our office is on same street just a few blocks away so we r frequent flyers. Even if it looks busy still go...this place is always in the zone. Check busy times on Google for best times that work for Your routine. Non rush hour it's rather fast & sumtimes it's wide open:))
Easy 2 see from street & easy 2 find entrance since on corner. Very well placed Walk-Up ordering window next to opening of very relaxing patio.
Entire building and table area ( no inside seating ) is surrounded by a U-shaped Drive -Thru. Again, even if long line this locations crew can really crank'em out during rush times.

Always has the latest or limited specials. Staff is so kind, listen well, & very courteous.

Tall Chai or caramel macchiato r usuals. Espresso is genuine & great when on the go & need a boost. Variety of Iced 🥤 Coffee ☕ options.
The oatmeal comes w/ dried fruit , nuts, and brown sugar...Suoer Tasty!
HavN office on same street in Old Towne 🍊. ll the nurses luv a quick Starbucks run whenever they want cuz so close and speedy vs the others 6 This Starbucks ☕ Coffee Staff works hard & with a smile...tip well please.
The walk-up window can be faster than drive-thru durN AM or Lunch rush hours.
Also, as a double amputee i really appreciate the Handicap ♿ Parking 🅿️ spot up close & open patio.
Lots of light at night & safety oriented.
Handi-CAPABLE folks the Parking Lots & Starbucks is mostly on level ground and has well marked safe walk-ways.

Mobility and ADA Compliance is pretty good. Again, Wide Open space area from parking to the many seating options with tables that hav umbrellas. Has wooden and lattice screening wall for the patio that muffles car noise and offers sum privacy. Corner location inside ashopping center that has large parking 🅿️ lot.
Located less than mile from both The 55 and The 22 freeways @ Tustin/Chapman intersection.

Patio merges well w/ building & is Dark wood 🪵 paneling, fresh plants, bushes, trees, pleasant layout along with staff makes for outstanding Starbucks.

“Went here on Saturday April 4th. And the server Taz behavior was very abrupt and he had a attitude. All I said was my refresher drink had way too much ice. He had a tone in his voice like I was a bother. And he said he would add more ice he was busy at the moment. He said it in not a nice way. Before me there were 2 other customers also asked for manager and complained about something.

But when I asked for manager he did not do anything about it and he looked rather young. Looked like he and Taz were friends or something is why he did nothing.

One more thing to add i noticed Taz hands were incredibly shaky. So maybe a addiction or possibly anxiety. Whatever the reason for unprofessional behavior in a public establishment to customers is not right.

Who do you complain to when manager sides with him? I go to the pharmacy in the target but now I may have to find another Starbucks and target somewhere else.

Just do not feel comfortable nor want to experience that again.“

Most of the complaints are a hole customers acting entitled for a lid or whatever nobody cares about. The baristas get the work done and they’re allowed to worry about closing on time. Maybe people should read the room and see the baristas have to go home too, people see them close and start a line and then wonder why the service sucks. This place is decent for a college Starbucks. The customers are the rude ones yelling at college students. There’s tens of coffee shops in the area.“

“This is my go to location. I wish I could spend more time in this location but the layout doesn't provide that sort of space.

All of that is put aside because of the wonderful team the manager has put together. I am ALWAYS greeted by Bridgette, Stephanie, Priscilla, Karla and Xavier. My drink is delicious every time, and on occasion, if it isn't - the are happy to make it right.

For a quick stop and go to get your caffeine fix - this is the place. The partners will keep you coming back, because you can get coffee everywhere but you can't get service like this anywhere.“
