“The Starbucks in Pico Rivera is awesome. 🤩
I go at least a few times a week. The staff is great the coffee is always made quickly & deliciously. The best part is when you start getting to know everyone by name. Friendly & familiar my highest compliments to this crew. ☕️😊“

“A lovely little Starbucks with excellent service! The staff here are incredibly cheerful and lifted my mood right away.

There’s a small section with souvenirs and snacks, which is a nice touch. Most importantly, they had my favorite ham and Swiss sandwich in stock.

There’s no indoor seating, but there are three large tables outside.
It would be fantastic if they added umbrellas to those tables, as it can get quite sunny outside.
Overall, a great spot with a welcoming atmosphere!“

“Had an Amazing experience with Isabel this evening. I Was there about 5:08pm I originally wanted a bagel but she explained very nicely that at that location they didn't have bagels. So I ordered a grande hot chocolate with almond milk. It tasted absolutely Amazing!!!?she told me I could use my Stars for the almond milk, which I didn't know. Isabel is a very kind, Courteous Barista. Starbucks needs more Baristas like her.Thank you so much!!!??“

“TAYLOR! Absolutely stellar service and the most wonderful human! Honestly, interactions at larger coffee chains can be very small and quick without any personal touches. This was the opposite! Taylor was such a welcoming presence and really made me feel like I was at a local coffee spot that values their customers. Drink was perfect, store was very clean, all the employees were wonderful 😊 absolutely recommend this location!“

“It's frustrating when you think you have the drive through Teller's attention He's multitasking. You're giving him your order. And he wasn't even listening, so now you gotta repeat it again. Then a female comes on and you have to give it a third time manager train your people. How to focus and multitask“

“Mayra and the team at Starbucks are putting in WORK today (and probably everyday). I came to work here to the last couple of days and they are running like a well oiled machine! Despite a huge influx of customers early in the morning, the team was cheerful and gettin ordered prepared as fast as possible. When I arrive there were about 20 teenagers here before school and they were all cleared out fairly quickly.

Yesterday I tried a gingerbread latte and it was good, today I got an Americano with gingerbread syrup and it wasn’t quite sweet enough so Mayra helped me out and it was so good! Taylor was also very cheerful and making sure guests knew that they were being taken care of/their orders were on the way and overall just had a great vibe to her as she helped customers!

I was super productive while working here which was great too!
