Customer service is excellent at this Starbucks, not only they are fast and efficient but they are also kind. I stop by early morning (6:30 am) and leave around 9:00 am, they greet, and help customers in the best possible way, speaking for my self makes that makes my day. As a student studying to be a personal care aide, I try to understand why people have such attitude. As annoying and frustrating my experience was, i want to kindly let these employees know to at least be polite and serve costumers with good attitude even through their bad days. A branch store in Brea next to Corner Bakery. Today was the last day to get a 50% off on a cold drink, so there were lots of customers getting cold drinks on a humid day like today.
