Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. At a great location, service is quick and the Caramel Macchiato comes out in no time, with super friendly staff. Another location requires a double cup policy because the cups are flimsy for hot coffee, causing a lid to pop off and making a mess in a vehicle, though the super cool employees gave a new coffee. One customer thanked a staff member for getting a pumpkin latte despite an old phone app. On a hot day, the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, and the staff offered a little treat. A visit with a daughter for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch was amazing, with super friendly baristas who gave her a cake pop; the drink was sweet, creamy, and refreshing, and the store was clean with a relaxed vibe. However, one location was absolutely packed with tons of people waiting for drinks due to online orders, and the friendly person was extremely efficient but clearly overworked, needing more staff. A library shelf inside was very cute.
