Customer service is excellent at this Starbucks, not only they are fast and efficient but they are also kind. I stop by early morning (6:30 am) and leave around 9:00 am, they greet, and help customers in the best possible way, speaking for my self makes that makes my day. They music is great nothing crazy or boring. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, love the option of the outside patio.Today I changed my usual and found that the drink I got didn’t get along with my taste buds, so a gentleman named Rami helped me out with that situation. Overall great job, great team.

Woman on the phone was extremely rude had horrible customer service. This is my first time ever leaving a bad review.
As a student studying to be a personal care aide, I try to understand why people have such attitude. As annoying and frustrating my experience was, i want to kindly let these employees know to at least be polite and serve costumers with good attitude even through their bad days. I get it that we always have good or bad days but this is not an excuse to make ur guests feel bad as well. But Kudos to the sweet barista name Matt. He is one of the few who actually welcomed me with a warm smile and got the orders right. Overall, I enjoyed the drinks. I will come back again to give this place another try.

Worst service and worst experience!Won't recommend to any one to come here!Got this Starbucks notification from my Starbucks app "buy one get one free" today (10/26/20), so I drop by and get 2 pink drink for my kids. The supervisor Aaron is very rude, keep telling me that they don't know about Starbucks's app, I have to call customer service. He is very rude and mean, not sure if he has a bad day or why act like that. I think I need an apology from Starbucks. The company needs hire better employees, Aaron was telling me he is supervisor. Will call headquarter to make a complaint about him and this Starbucks store.Very bad experience. Don't come here!

They always leave something out. Whether I order in person or mobile, they never make my orders correctly. It can be something as simple as "light whip" and they just don't put any at all. Times are hard. We spend our hard earned money on treats like this. So disappointing when you get it wrong. The baristas need to stop rushing and pay attention to what people are ordering. Please care, its not that hard.

Im offended that the management at this Starbucks forces their employees to wear masks. It's a real downer to not be able to see their faces and have to hear muffled voices. I'll be supporting other Starbucks that don't in force this ridiculous policy.

A branch store in Brea next to Corner Bakery. Today was the last day to get a 50% off on a cold drink, so there were lots of customers getting cold drinks on a humid day like today.
