The Starbucks coffee store located inside the outlet mall is clean, quick and friendly. The staff are personable and friendly, polite and efficient. order is ready in under five minutes and the barista greets with a smile. The coffee is classic Starbucks quality, well-balanced, not overly sweet, and the espresso flavor comes through nicely. Items such as tall caramel ribbon crunch, summer berry lemonade and iced coffee are served with consistency. Pricing is slightly more expensive than local coffee shops but the reliability makes it worth it. The store is clean, tables are promptly wiped down and trash bins are not overflowing. Refill policy is clear; a refill was not honored for an espresso macchiato or iced passion tea because the drink did not qualify for a free refill. Service can vary; attitude may be crazy during the day but the night crew is much more professional.
