Lee's has been my favorite place to get coffee since I was in high school. Nothing beats a Vietnamese coffee!! This spot does it right! You might have a little bit of a wait because they are short staffed, but its worth it!

I’m leaving 3 stars because I know this business well and I truly believe this wasn’t intentional, but I want to share this so it can be fixed. My mom purchased the last two flans from this location (Orange & Chapman, near the WaBa Grill and 7-Eleven) around 5:30 PM. When she picked them up, they were warm to the touch instead of being properly cold like they usually are.
