Friendly staff. Super convenient for the apartment complex.
Overall good products and services. Just sometimes the air quality feels very bad, and breathing is difficult while inside, as if some kind of incense is being burned. Once I walk out and breathe the fresh air, I recover immediately. This can be a significant risk for those with respiratory issue.
All staff here are so friendly. Big hello to the ones that have a happy heart every time we get our drinks!!! ☕️🥛🍵🧁🥤🤩thank you for starting our day right all the time! Gracias!🩵💛

Starbucks Coffee Company is located within The Village at Spectrum complex in Irvine, in front of the leasing office. It is centrally located and very convenient with prime access. The atmosphere is especially nice in the evening and the ambiance is great. There are quite a few spaces outside where you can sit comfortably and chat. The coffee tasted good and the latte was good too. You can also get a glass of water for free.
Reviews of the staff are mixed. Many find them very pleasant, welcoming, and thoughtful, with good attitudes and upbeat qualities. They are described as going out of their way to help, such as resolving issues with app orders like a 50% off promotion. However, some feel many workers seem almost passive aggressive and can be slow. Service issues like missing spoons for items like oatmeal with no proper alternatives are noted.
A common criticism is that the music is always too loud, feeling like a club, and staff have stated the volume is not adjustable. The main challenge for access is parking, as it relies mainly on apartment parking. Despite this, many find it a good Starbucks that is still worth figuring things out to visit.
