Honestly not sure why this place has poor reviews. Got my drink in less than 5 minutes. Tastes good (possibly better than other iced mochas I've had). Clean and quiet. Good for hanging out. Plus the barista was polite and friendly.

The staff here are exceptionally kind and open to chat when they have the time (which I enjoy). I know I personally have an annoying drink order (iced london fog with sweet cream) but they are always making sure that my drink is good and to my liking!
