Kind staff, but I cannot figure out for the life of me why the drinks here are terribly made. Every time I order a drink from this location, it tastes SO strong of coffee that you can never taste the actual flavoring of what you ordered. For example, my hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso had ZERO taste of hazelnut. It was just straight up iced coffee. Same with my oleato toffee nut shakes espresso. Zero toffee nut and overwhelming taste of coffee. I never have this problem at other Starbucks locations. There is a large lack of consistency and I will not be returning.

I been here several times and workers here were friendly and sweet.However, things getting worse and worse for whatever reasons after thanksgiving break. All workers looks very indifferent and rude, and the quality of drinks suck too. Oh yeah they have a sign saying that they do not honor the Starbucks' Thursday 50% off promotion due to an refrigeration issues, not sure what it has anything to do with that. Will not be back in the future.

Big shout to Maria. She's working the front register today between the time I was their 1:15-1:30pm. She was kind and polite. Enjoy how she was exposing the drinks to the previous customer before me. She mention the type of drink and the differences of what it contains. I appreciate the fact she remember the type of drink she recommended for me a while back. Very knowledgeable on her service. Thank you for giving me great customer service.

For some reason every time I want to get shots of espresso over ice in a venti, just at this specific starbucks in target the Manager Maria tells me “no” and then I see my coworkers with venti cups and shots of espresso. And I ask where they went and it’s HERE: so I asked today can I pay for the cup because this is getting out of hand. After debating for 5 mins. She gave me the cup… but then proceeded to make my drink wrong. Anyway, horrible customer service makes both Target and Starbucks look very bad. Will be tossing my drink now.

Unfortunately you are not able to put zero stars on this app, which should be an option for this Starbucks location. This Starbucks is the worse in customer service and in making coffee. I order a common drink with oatmilk, when I picked it up it looked like milk with whipped cream on top and it taste just like that too. When I told the cashier (you can't call them barista, because they are not here!) she looked at my cup with disgust and said she would remake it but after that face, I just told her I would go elsewhere. Then she waked away and didn't give me my money back! Worst place ever...don't go here!

Came here at 8:12 am. The staff told me and other customers they were still closed for another 15 minutes even though the store opens at 8:00 am. Find that very strange.

The entire staff shares one brain cell. I ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich, and after I paid for it they informed me they didn't have it available and recommended me other sandwiches with real meat (I told them I was pescetarian). When I asked for a refund, they refunded me for my drink instead of the sandwich. Lost $2 but didn't think it was worth arguing with them, so I wrote this review instead. I also had to repeat my order three times because the cashier kept talking over me to convince me to sign up for Target Circle.

They got no love for frontline health care professionals. Just put up a sign letting us know to go elsewhere. Even Starbucks at Uci knows how to appreciate us.
