Unfortunately the staff is pretty immature. Better staff and training would definitely improve. Donuts aren't special.
Working in food service near a college campus must be tough and I sympathize.
Will remember how poor the service is here and avoid this location, which is an embarrassment to the Dunkin brand.

As a foreigner on an epic adventure I was withering away severely malnourished when alas I found the most magnificent abode.
