I usually never write supply chain coffee shop reviews, but this location deserves a good review.
I rarely visit a Starbucks because I'd rather support small businesses rather than large corporations. Though if I'm gifted a gift card, then of course I'm going to use it lol.

They have new items that are good since I was last here. People ok and service ok. Took too long to get coffee. No seating inside.
Yvonne was the best! She was incredibly helpful and so quick. I don’t go to Starbucks often, but if I did, it would definitely be because of her! The interior was also super clean and festive—such a great experience overall.
Update: Erick was amazing! He greeted me with a smile, took the time to make sure my order was perfect, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience great. You can really tell he cares about his customers. Thanks, Erick!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a location that has recently renovated its indoor area, making it very modern and clean. It used to have indoor seating but is now solely a quick grab-n-go location with no merchandise sold and no drive thru. It is situated in a high foot traffic plaza with other popular supply chain restaurants, where finding a parking spot can be a hit or miss because it is always busy.
While Starbucks service in general is perceived to have gone downhill, becoming very transactional often without a greet or farewell, this location is the exact opposite. Customers report being warmly greeted each time they enter. The baristas are knowledgeable about the menu items and willing to answer questions without getting annoyed. Throughput is quick and efficient, and they always say a nice farewell when giving out orders, which is considered great customer service. Specific drinks like the Banana Cream Cold Foam and Chocolate Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew coffee can be customized, with results described as superb. A noted positive is that the location does not charge extra for drink modifications, like oat milk and various toppings, and their coffees are still relatively cheap compared to many other coffee places. The interior is also noted for being super clean and festive. The overall experience at this particular Starbucks is highlighted as great, standing in positive contrast to the broader chain's reputation.
