Very busy, but the baristas are quick. Drinks are always ready when you order with the mobile app. Great service!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has recently remodeled, but the new style feels cold and less welcoming than the old cozy style. The new model has way less space, with fewer tables and floors that get sticky when things spill. The drinks have also gotten worse. One reviewer said the regular ice coffee was worse than a gas station coffee, and another no longer gets espresso. A specific experience at the drive-thru on Euclid and Rosecrans involved a long wait and a cashier who lacked professionalism. While the new brown and beige colors are nice, and one reviewer liked the new ice, the overall service and drink quality are disappointing. The old style and drinks are missed, and it will take a longer time to revisit.
