I called ahead to confirm that a specific Happy Meal toy was available. When I arrived, I confirmed again that the toy was available before placing my order at the counter. However, the manager, Carmen, then told me the toy was unavailable and, in front of approximately 15–20 guests, said, “You are upset because of a toy?!”

All good
Service was ok. I had to ask a couple times for a few items. (Ketchup, ranch, missing drink) But no one was annoyed by it's all good. I miss the colorful feel of McDonald's. Doesn't really make me want to hang out inside. Kids still love it though.
