Service was great! I typically don’t frequent Starbucks due to their over priced coffees but I came since my wife recommended the breakfast. As soon as I walked in I was greeted a messy lobby with dirty tables and chairs. There were many on staff and none bothered. Before you roll your eyes I was here at 7am.
Horrible management. My heart goes out to the employees here. Get as far away as you can. It is evident your manager could care less about you. Ive seen sickly employees clearly being forced to work despite it being against Starbucks Policy. I used to be a barista myself, and this is by far a huge violation of everything starbucks stands for. This manager should be ashamed of herself! My wife & I Went through the drive thru around 9:35pm last night and had an Amazing experience. We ordered a Venti Iced passion tango tea, Grande Nitro cold brew with an added espresso shot and a lightly toasted plain bagel. The drinks and bagel were TOTALLY PERFECT!!!
