Excellent service here at the pollo in Fullerton ! They always go above n beyond ! especially the manager axel always tries to resolve any issues I may have ! Always goes above and beyond ! Food is excellent as well ! The best location around the area ! Definitely will be coming back !
I love this Pollo Loco location!! They're chicken is always fresh and juicy like their sides (Mac n cheese, corn) never smushy. I've been to other location but never seem to be as fresh as this location. And the staff is always so friendly!!
