I am not easily impressed at Starbucks. However, This morning, at 7:14 AM, we stopped by your Starbucks Coffee Store #50943 in Cerritos, CA. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Cerritos, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The friendly staff greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home.Now, let's talk about their Chai Tea. It's a true masterpiece. The balance of spices and creaminess is simply perfect. Only reason I'm giving two stars because the girl in the drive thru line was very sweet and kind! I ordered extra hot coffee and I was given my coffee with no cup jacket my hands was immediately hot and I spilled the hot coffee super upset
