Starbucks in Norwalk

“This is my local Starbucks and my interaction with staff is always great. During my recent visit, Ryan was at the window and I always love running into him when I stop by. He is so friendly and makes conversation that is always genuine. This is definitely a favorite store of mine.“

With no music (during the time I was there), 3 tables, a few chairs, and a line of consistent 5 to 6 customers, this leads me to think either Target or Starbucks want this to be a much of a hangout spot.There is no drive through despite what someone else claimed.“

“I walked into Starbucks expecting coffee and somehow got a full VIP experience. The place was spotless, the employees smiled like they actually wanted to be there (I checked—it seemed genuine), and Abby helped me not once, but twice. At this point, I think she deserves employee of the century.
I grabbed a slice of cake and a spinach and feta wrap, and suddenly my morning was winning. Everything was delicious, the service was top-notch, and my caffeine levels were restored to socially acceptable levels.
If Starbucks is looking for an ambassador, Abby is already doing the job. I think that’s her name. Kind, professional, and probably the reason half the customers leave smiling.“

“I work remotely and visit a lot of Starbucks locations—usually one a day. I almost always order through the mobile app while in store, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to compare experiences. Unfortunately, many locations either get part of my order wrong or never call my name when it’s ready.

This location on Firestone & Pioneer was the complete opposite. The staff was pleasant, they called my name when my order was ready, and my drink was made exactly as ordered. It may sound simple, but consistently doing the basics well makes a big difference.
