I work remotely and visit a lot of Starbucks locations—usually one a day. I almost always order through the mobile app while in store, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to compare experiences. Unfortunately, many locations either get part of my order wrong or never call my name when it’s ready.

Everything was great except for the fact all workers ignored me and the person in front for 10 minutes no greet Just literally we were there unattended
