“Everyone's always very kind at this location. Love stopping by when I'm in Uptown to get a drink or cakepops. Every employee is always very kind and asks about your day. They always have smiles on their faces and are polite. I appreciate all of the workers here. They always make my experience very pleasant.“

“Great atmosphere, everything is very well kept. It was really clean, very spacious. Customer service is great, they are very helpful and friendly. Staff seemed to have great attitudes. Service was quick and accurate. Definitely recommend stopping at this location, a/c works good for these hot days, also they are offering cool flavored drinks for the summer.

“I finally got an iced cappuccino — not something you usually find at most Starbucks! I’ve only really enjoyed it from two locations, and this was one of them. Ordering was a bit tricky, but my friend Ruth really came through. She's such a beautiful soul to be around — warm, kind, and always helpful.

“My sister and I came in for breakfast, and a warm drink. She got a hot tea and I got warm matcha drink. When my sister went to get her free tea refill, the young guy said no. I said why not when I had asked him if there was free tea refill, he said not on her tea, medicine ball. I let her m know that he didn't explain that when I asked him. The young lady said it was ok, she will make her a warm tea.“

“It would be nice if the music wasn't so blaring loud 🔊 I swear I can't hear myself think with such a volume and the manager won't do anything about it claiming the volume is necessary in order to keep up the ambience. The only thing the volume is keeping up is inconsideration towards the customer's needs and it represents noise pollution. Please correct the matter or this location will be included in the list of sources where noise pollution exists 😒“

“Stopped by earlier for a quick breakfast and was greeted so kindly by Itzel! She offered amazing customer service and conversed with me beyond simply charging me, and she really made me feel like more than a customer. She asked how my day was, suggested a drink similar to the one I purchased to try in the future, and was so genuine, making the interaction memorable. I will definitely be returning for the amazing customer service, Itzel keep it up!“

“Workers are so sweet! I got a matcha latte with light ice and strawberry puree and it was absolutely my favorite. I get it from other Starbucks but when I got it here it was greener and less milky (iykwim). The little note made me so happy. Love this Starbucks! Especially the atmosphere. It's quiet, and has a good playlist. The chairs inside are comfortable and the outside has cushion seats and comfortable tables. Definitely recommend coming here!!“

“Here every day baristas are great so friendly love the atmosphere great place to sit and review stock market, but customers should always be aware there not the only customer cars are also lined up outside sometimes its fun to see how fast they work wish the owner could see them in action love this place“
