Starbucks in Whittier

“I finally got an iced cappuccino — not something you usually find at most Starbucks! I’ve only really enjoyed it from two locations, and this was one of them. Ordering was a bit tricky, but my friend Ruth really came through. She's such a beautiful soul to be around — warm, kind, and always helpful.

“Really nice Starbucks with a modern and stylish atmosphere. I liked the artwork on the walls and the overall design. There’s a bit more space here, the music is pleasant, and the whole place feels calm and relaxing. Service was fast and it wasn’t crowded. The parking isn’t very convenient, but overall it’s a great location.“

“The older guy at the register I think his name is Clayton and kinda looks a little like Gene Hackman. Every time I see him he’s super kind and welcoming and has really good energy. He actually talks to people like a human instead of acting rushed or annoyed. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his job. People like that seriously make a difference and are a big reason customers come back.“

“Amazing people... very helpful....waaaaayyy different from a year ago... not saying anything bad but they are very very helpful... guy with the beard(forgot his name😬) always showing good manners and attentionto customers...regardless .. but the whole crew very nice people..... enjoying their politeness always taking care of costumers. “Easily one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. On another level. Shout out to Mya who went above and beyond to really do her job with pride and passion. Makes it look easy! Honestly one of the best businesses in the area, coffee or otherwise. Highly, highly recommend.“

“Very nice. No drive thru, but staff is super attentive and nice. I ordered a peach green tea (iced). The guy wh9 made it asked me if I wanted to try ot first and I was no one ever ask me that. He stated, yeah I want to make sure it's how you like. I was so appreciative of the thought and he nailed it. I'll definitely go back.“

“Anthony (with the dark rimmed glasses) working the walk up window at the Nor/Bev location is doing a fantastic job! On a hot Saturday morning, I walked up to grab a chocolate croissant only to find a whole line of people waiting for their respective orders. Anthony handled the rush like a champ! He got ALL of the mobile orders to everyone waiting in a flash! He was kind, friendly and totally on top of what was happening. In all that busyness he even gave out the bathroom code to a Mom with 2 littles that desperately need it. He did this all with a smile on his face and a pep in his step. Kudos to Anthony for being a rockstar along with his team. This location is notoriously busy and can get chaotic during a rush, but with employees like Anthony there, it's a huge reason it's so successful.“

“Ordered a Mocha Frappe and I know it doesn’t come with toppings other than whip but I didn’t add it to my order. Ordered online by the way. My husband picked it up and brought it to me. All I can say is I can tell my drink was made with love. Presentation is everything, and shows whether or not you love what you do. They added mocha drizzle and cookie crumble on top. I felt loved just by this small gesture. Thank you so much to whoever made my drink!!“
