“Everyone's always very kind at this location. Love stopping by when I'm in Uptown to get a drink or cakepops. Every employee is always very kind and asks about your day. They always have smiles on their faces and are polite. I appreciate all of the workers here. They always make my experience very pleasant.“

“The older guy at the register I think his name is Clayton and kinda looks a little like Gene Hackman. Every time I see him he’s super kind and welcoming and has really good energy. He actually talks to people like a human instead of acting rushed or annoyed. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his job. People like that seriously make a difference and are a big reason customers come back.“

“I finally got an iced cappuccino — not something you usually find at most Starbucks! I’ve only really enjoyed it from two locations, and this was one of them. Ordering was a bit tricky, but my friend Ruth really came through. She's such a beautiful soul to be around — warm, kind, and always helpful.

“My sister and I came in for breakfast, and a warm drink. She got a hot tea and I got warm matcha drink. When my sister went to get her free tea refill, the young guy said no. I said why not when I had asked him if there was free tea refill, he said not on her tea, medicine ball. I let her m know that he didn't explain that when I asked him. The young lady said it was ok, she will make her a warm tea.“

“Staff yesterday were phenomenal! I always get my son’s cookie on the way. Turns out they ran out. As soonest they heard it was for my autistic son. They went out of their way to make it happen for him. 🧩 I wish I got everyone’s name that day! But shoutout to the awesome team👍“

“This is not my usual starbucks but the customer service from the barista Gaby was amazing. She provided me with great recommendations and was very patient with me. Gaby had such an uplifting personality that made it feel that I was more than a customer. I can say that this is the first time I felt welcomed in a fastfood chain.“

“Ordered a Mocha Frappe and I know it doesn’t come with toppings other than whip but I didn’t add it to my order. Ordered online by the way. My husband picked it up and brought it to me. All I can say is I can tell my drink was made with love. Presentation is everything, and shows whether or not you love what you do. They added mocha drizzle and cookie crumble on top. I felt loved just by this small gesture. Thank you so much to whoever made my drink!!“
