This is my favorite Starbucks in Long Beach, i come here all the time and I've never had a bad experience. I haven't met a single employee that isn't the sweetest human ever. They always talk with me at the drive thru or when i come in and order, they will walk my food over to where I am sitting and waiting. Beautiful mural on the wall. The barista seemed utterly confused about how to make the drink that I get every day (it's just a particular iced coffee with easy ice) and when I ordered it the woman at the register asked if I wanted extra milk in the cup to make up for the lack of Ice. I said yes.
