Light ice, light water - this means more flavoring. These drinks are expensive, they should taste good.Generally speaking, I can add more water later but I can't add flavoring. Do better.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Long Beach, i come here all the time and I've never had a bad experience. I haven't met a single employee that isn't the sweetest human ever. They always talk with me at the drive thru or when i come in and order, they will walk my food over to where I am sitting and waiting. I don't know what all the bad reviews are for, I think people are just impatient and rude nowadays and expect everything when they want it. I've been here when it's super busy and I usually get my drinks/food decently fast. If u don't want to wait, then order ahead and if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on people trying to do their job for YOU. Props to all the employees at this location, you guys are amazing

Love that I'm asked to tip before I even pay for my coffee. Even better when your barista looks obviously offended when you don't tip. Don't get me wrong, I work in the service industry so I tip when my service was good, great or excellent, not when my barista made my coffee and let me sit in the drive thru for 5 min staring at my coffee waiting for her to finish her conversation so she could hand me my coffee. Ridiculous
