The girl working at this time right now is extremely rude I tried to order two different drinks and she didn't have any of them my vanilla latte doesn't taste like vanilla latte and she didn't provide a receipt for me nor the drink has a sticker 5:25pm 1/22/2026

1. Being polite to customers.
2. THAT SYRUP CREME FRAPS DO IN FACT EXIST. How incredible that this is the ONLY Starbucks in SoCal that supposedly doesn't have this item on their menu? All other starbucks I've been to have it.
