“Just a cool placeI probably get the greaser which is a mocha nut mate 5days a weekAll the teas are goodCool merchThe people who work there are super coolAnd the place is just super cool dogs are welcomed also :)They have live music or DJ on Saturday from 7 to 9I’ve tried their peanut butter, açai bowl, decentThey’re starting to introduce MocktailsThis place is tiny, though“
“Cute and friendly cafe inside the SouthBay Galleria. I was looking to try their Nutella Latte, but they had just sold out. Will have to try that on the next visit.I instead went with the Vanilla Rose Latte. It gave me the boost I needed to make it through the rest of the afternoon. The ambience and decor was very inviting, and very much like a neighborhood feel. Reminded me a lot of my neighborhood cafe from when I lived in Leimert Park.“
“Pursue is: superbly managed and clean beyond reproach. Their food is gourmet and the baked goods are out of this world! David is an absolute pleasure - he has a keen eye for attention to detail. His service is second to none and always with a smile; he remembers my name and order each and every time. He is an incredible barista! Sujin is a Bib Gourmand chef.I highly recommend Pursue for the best coffee, baked goods, and dishes in South Bay.“
“I did not get the full experience of this place. The dining room was closed so orders were placed out front and picked up in the back. That gave me a very limited experience with the staff, but every interaction was fine. Limited menu but the carne asada breakfast burrito I had was excellent.“
“All gluten free desserts! The most popular pastry is the Almond Brioche, it was delicious and different, made with rice flour, served slightly warm and moist inside. We like it that it's not overly sweet. For coffee, we ordered a large mocha, it's on the smaller side, but it's wonderful and also not overly sweet. The service was prompt and friendly. Environment was clean and relaxing. Outdoor seating is a plus, especially for dog-owners.“
“You could miss it driving past but DON'T! New owner has had it for about 3yrs and our family has been enjoying his donuts every chance we get! Today we finally tried his breakfast offerings. We ordered a sausage burrito and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Both were made to order and yummy. Definitely worth a short wait to get a freshly made breakfast.“
“I LOVE MESHThe atmosphere is perfect and the aesthetic is beautiful. It’s great for cranking out a few hours of work. It’s calm and quiet yet the perfect amount of busy. the employees are always so kind as well.I also like that your clothes don’t reek of coffee when you leave! lolThanks MESH staff, you’re amazing!“
“There’s a barista there, I think her name was Emily, she has brown curly hair, but anyways she was so kind and helpful. I had a very complicated drink order and she somehow was able to not come off irritated at all and even answered all my questions. I will definitely be back. The shop was also very well set up and clean and I got my crazy drink in under 3min despite how busy it was“
“The kind of neighborhood coffee house that actually feels like it's part of a neighborhood. Community bulletin boards, bookshelves, sometimes local art. And a little bit of everything: coffee, tea, pastries, smoothies, etc. Offbeat and home-y despite its spot at the end of a row of trendy restaurants. (And it's been here longer than most of those!) Decent amounts of both indoor and outdoor seating. The kind of atmosphere that makes you *want* to hang out there.Parking: Most of the street parking has been converted to outdoor dining for those nearby restaurants, but it's a very short walk from the metered parking lot across from Trader Joe's.“
“This place has the best donuts I've had in a very long time. We tried the glazed donut holes, strawberry nutella cronut, and the blueberry cheesecake donut and we were blown away at the flavor and freshness. I will no longer crave Krispy Kreme nor the sham that is called Randy's Donuts ever again.“
“OMG. That jade snow is to DIE for. It's such an interesting concept as well! The people are so kind and friendly to talk to as well. They don't have seating inside but they have a bench on the out. Come here for a delicious dessert on your trip to the pier.Dietary restrictions: Almost everything has dairy so this might not be the best place for an lactose intolerant person!“
“The good:I had a red rooibos tea latte, chocolate chip brioche muffin and a custard cream and strawberry croissant from here for my birthday breakfast. The latte was great and wasn't watery nor too sweet. The custard cream was eggy and delicious. I liked that the tea was caffeine free because I'm nursing and trying to avoid caffeine. My toddler enjoyed the brioche muffin. They have so many delicious pastries to choose from. The croissant was flaky and the cream inside wasn't too thick or runny. The powdered sugar on top made it aesthetically pleasing. The bad:The brioche was just okay. It was a little confusing how it looks like a mini muffin with the texture of bread. They have something called a croissant cube that I'd love to try next time. The interesting:Rooibos tea's packed with antioxidants and is supposedly pretty healthy!“
“I had the pastrami sandwich with Fries and it was pretty good. I also tried a breakfast sandwich and it was missing flavor, but the sandwiches were a good size. Overall. Nice place for quick bite and a walk on the beach which is 1 block away. Be careful if you have a sweet tooth. Pastries are really good. I had a creme Brulee and a cherry and cream cheese Croissant.“
“Tried this place that just opened up in Redondo!! I got the brown sugar milk tea (I believe that was it) which came with cheese foam on top (my fav). I got my drink pretty fast, and when you go there for the first time you get a 10% off deal for checking in on Yelp so use that!! The place itself is small but enough room for some friends to hang out. I think they had a restroom in the back as well. Will be coming back!!“
“Had a tasty hot chai latte made with almond milk that was perfect for a morning pier stroll. It’s more of a spot to pop into to grab something, but mom and pop vibe and the owners are very cute and sweet. Good option to get caffeinated around the pier and support local!“
“We went back 2 days in a row because the coffee was so good - the best we’ve found in the area! We also appreciate the wide variety of non-dairy milk options like milkadamia and pistachio milk. The baristas who served us were warm and friendly both days as well. Thanks, Two Guns!“
“The best food in California , seriously. We’re Europeans and the food here in the USA is not very tasty for us in general, but this place killed it!!!! Had the waffles - amazing, crunchy, real ❤️ and then the egg brioche also fire. Coffees good as well.“
“We came during happy hour and March Madness. I made reservations through open table and seated immediately. Ashleigh B was our server. We asked about the martini served and she suggested the toasted glass hopper martini. This is a St. Patrick's day special martini. This is a minty tasty martini. The mixologist was not shy with mixing for taste. Our food was prepared with a nice presentation and served hot. I would have expected more flavor to the vegetable. I have the honey glaze salmon with rise and vegetables. My friend had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Each table is served with water.“
“Peet's coffee is one of the best coffees ever! Can never go wrong with Peet's. Their staff is always friendly and attentive. Too bad they don't have as many locations as I wish. I'm a local dodger shop type of person, but when it comes to Peet's, I'd take it any day!! The best!!“
“This has to be one of the friendliest and most pleasant staff groups in a coffee shop around the entire area! The first time I visited this establishment, I was floored at how happy and quick the staff was. Then I came back two more times and found the other staff workers to be just as kind and speedy, if not more so. I don't like Starbucks coffee because it's usually burnt so I only come here for the teas - which are absolutely delicious! If all Starbucks were run like this one, I would be much more inclined to frequent their establishment. Big shout out to the staff here: thank you for making my (albeit sporadic) visits so pleasant here!“
“We were there one morning in September, we had 1 coffee and a cappuccino, the cappuccino was good, the menu was large and varied, unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to try the food but from the looks of it it wasn't bad. This is the iconic coffee shop from the TV series OcRecommended for breakfast after a nice walk on the pier“
“Been stopping by Tommy & Atticus since they opened in July. The country, round sour dough is our family favorite. We've tried morning sun citrus pastry (my fav), jalapeno/cheddar sour dough bread, lunch pizza & sandwiches. Great place, great customer service.“
