I would see the general attitude in this particular Starbucks is poor, the one by Peir Avenue next to Trader Joe's is much better. Just got a coffee and for eight dollars I asked why they don't fill it to the top - apparently if you ask for light whip cream you only get 2/3 of a coffee. And then you get an attitude when you ask if it's how it's generally prepared. so next time I will be ordering it without whip cream and at the Hermosa store.

The staff members are very nice and efficient. I usually go in the morning on my way to work and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone has a good attitude and professional demeanor. I appreciate that they focus on the customer. I notice that many customers pre-order their drinks from the app, which I have not tried yet. Had the best experience just now! Kirin (sp) made my drink but it was wrong and she immediately offered to re make my drink the right way and she let me have the mistake too. She was so sweet and nice! She really made my day!!! I love this Starbucks always, because the people are so nice and they make it a point to know your name. But Kirin really made drink perfect and my day so good.
