Drinks are great and comes out fast. They renovated this Starbucks to be a grab and go. Not a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and or get any work done or sit and chat with a friend.Parking: Free parking, durning peak times the parking can be full but because it is a grab and go Starbucks people are in and out quickly. So you don’t have to wait long.

I would see the general attitude in this particular Starbucks is poor, the one by Peir Avenue next to Trader Joe's is much better. Just got a coffee and for eight dollars I asked why they don't fill it to the top - apparently if you ask for light whip cream you only get 2/3 of a coffee. And then you get an attitude when you ask if it's how it's generally prepared. so next time I will be ordering it without whip cream and at the Hermosa store.

There is no indoor space here, very limited outdoor seating.

I hate the remodel. No seating. Essentially take out only.

This (remodel) is not gonna work. It is just ridiculous, might as well just create a Starbucks vending machine. I will watch this from a safe distance (Coffee Bean down the road) just for fun.

Walked over to this Starbucks after dropping my pup off at the vet and had no idea this location was mobile order only. Saturday afternoon and the cashier was a tall African-American dude. I asked what the new seasonal drinks were and he just said to me this was a mobile order only location. Ok. I proceeded to order on the app and a white guy walks in and asks the same but this time the cashier is very helpful and proceeds to take this guys order! As a latina I felt discriminated against tbh. Never would have expected this from another brown person but here we are...

This store is still under renovation. Not sure when they will reopen. Hopefully with same staff. This is my usual place and they're very consistent providing good service IMO.

My recent visit to the Starbucks located on 1904 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience in this customer service review, as I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my overall perception of this particular store.First and foremost, the staff at this Starbucks were consistently rude and inattentive. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist customers. It was disheartening to witness their disengagement and dismissive behavior towards patrons who were simply seeking a pleasant coffee experience.Furthermore, it was evident that the store was significantly understaffed. There were noticeably long queues, and the limited number of employees seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand. This resulted in excessive waiting times, even when there were only a few customers present. It was frustrating to see such a lack of organization and efficiency within the store's operations.Adding to the chaos, the staff appeared disorganized and confused. They frequently made mistakes with orders, often forgetting to add requested items or mixing up customer preferences. This lack of attention to detail further contributed to the overall negative experience. To exacerbate matters, the store's frequent closures without any specified reason were a recurring issue. It was extremely inconvenient to arrive at the location, only to find it closed. The lack of transparency regarding these closures left customers like myself feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at the Starbucks on 1904 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach was extremely disappointing. The rude and inattentive staff, combined with the store's understaffing, disorganization, and frequent closures, created an environment that was far from the welcoming and enjoyable experience one would expect from a reputable coffee shop. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback and prompt improvements in customer service and operations for the betterment of future patrons.

The staff members are very nice and efficient. I usually go in the morning on my way to work and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone has a good attitude and professional demeanor. I appreciate that they focus on the customer. I notice that many customers pre-order their drinks from the app, which I have not tried yet. The staff are always making sure that the app orders are prepared and ready on time. They also keep the store shelves and table tops dusted and clean, which I notice. The only disappointment is that they don't have chocolate powder available for me to sprinkle on top of my lattes. They used to have shakers of cinnamon and cocoa powder available for customers, but not anymore... sadly. Thank you!
