There was a customer rudely shouting at a cashier and complaining about not getting their food before the person behind them in line, but the cashier handled them with grace, and it made the whole experience all the more pleasantParking: There were plenty of parking spaces, and navigation around the lot was easy.

I've been going to this location since I was a little kid back in the 80's. It was great then but who knows how many times it has changed hands since then. It was still pretty good up until they got rid of the Elvis statue and jukeboxes. So my guess is that the current franchisee is hands off, and it shows in the service and wait times.
