“Hi-Fi is a unique coffee spot in Manhattan beach. I ordered Iced French toast latte with macadamia milk and it was really tasty and a good pick me up. Beckers bakery being in the same building is the icing on the cake because you can get a sweet pastry with your coffee! The staff are super friendly and helpful and they'll offer suggestions if you aren't sure what to get but worth the stop in.“
“This place is unlike any other cafe in the South Bay. I have lived here my entire life, but it took moving to Irvine for school to make me realize how much we lack cafes with good work spaces. This place has plentiful seating and parking, wifi, and great drinks. I spent 4 hours studying here on my first visit and intend to come most days during my winter break while I study for my DAT.I remember seeing this place go under construction thinking there is no way it would last because everything goes out of business hidden in the back of the complex. I highly recommend this place for students or anyone who works from home. The ambiance is warm even on a winter rainy day and is truly a hidden gem!“
“This place is definitely one of the best in the South Bay! When it comes to boba, the milk tea is great, they have some unique flavors along with the classics, but what surprised me is the boba pearls themselves, which are ginormous, chewy, and flavorful but still come up the straw easily and frequently! What's more is the amazing atmosphere! This place resembles a cozy coffee shop with their comfy furniture and paintings, which is a nice twist! They also sell some pastries, which looked pretty good through the display (although I didn't try any).I would highly recommend this place to others in the area.“
“During a recent trip to Los Angeles for a conference, I found myself at Manhattan Beach with a specific craving for boba tea. After a bit of searching, I was delighted to stumble upon Preso Tea, which presented itself as the perfect spot to satisfy my thirst. The shop offers a convenient self-ordering system, which I found to be an efficient way to explore their extensive menu without feeling rushed. The ambiance of Preso Tea was immediately welcoming, with an evident devotion to creating a pleasant customer experience. I opted for the Thai milk tea, a personal favorite, and it did not disappoint. The drink struck an impressive balance of sweet and creamy, with the tapioca pearls cooked to just the right consistency. Though the names of the staff escape me, their warmth and amiable service added to the charm of my visit. Their friendliness left as much of an impression as the quality of the tea itself, rounding out a memorable boba run in Manhattan Beach.“
“This is a great place for grab and go. It would be nice to have seating but they do have some outside. I didn't try the coffee but I got a breakfast burrito. It was tasty and the salsa was really good. But it felt like there could have been a bit more filling and it was a bit burnt. Service was friendly. Meter parking is across the street.“
“The gentleman who answered my call last week was outstanding. Because I was on a short layover in LA, I did not have the chance to go in person, as with my previous trips. I, therefore, ordered through Ubereats. I was looking for an item not offered as an option and also had a question about doughnut ingredients. Although, I am certain I gave off a harried vibe, he was so pleasant and accommodating. He offered to assemble my order and said he would start prepping, so the delivery driver could grab and go. My entire order was in perfect condition when I received it. Thank you so much! Thank you also for including the store receipt, so that I know how outrageous the sum of fees I paid for delivery were! YIKES. Hopefully, Sidecar will one day offer local delivery, so that the well-deserved profits can stay in house.“
“This place is outstanding. The staff actually get to know you, their food and drinks are delicious, and the ambience is great for working remotely or meeting people over a meal. Shout out to Uriel, the manager, for making this place feel like home for anyone that walks in!“
“This is such a cute bakery and sandwich shop in Downtown Manhattan Beach!! It's a few blocks from the beach so you can get your morning pastry or afternoon sandwich and enjoy it by the ocean. The pastries are very reasonably priced. The sandwich is huge and it comes with chips and a pickle and a sugar cookie. You can also get surfboard shaped sugar cookies to really feel like you're in Manhattan Beach.“
“It was really good. My first time at a Peet's so I didn't know what to expect. My coffee was made super quick and the place was clean. I asked for it to be extra hot but it was just regular temp. Other than that everything was great. I'll def. come back.“
“Came in early morning Gabe greeted me gave me a table outside Have a great time talking to andrea she was very energetic almost scary She was very attentive of my needs for that morning breakfast meal Little pricey but would definitely try again“
“Recently, I became a fan of Reborn Coffee, a woman-owned gem that's more than just a coffee shop. It's a cozy, inviting space perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a good cup of coffee, find a peaceful spot to work, or just relax.I tried their almond milk coffee, almond croissant, and Nutella croissant. Each was delicious, with the croissants packed full of filling, making every bite a delightful surprise. The coffee was smooth, complementing the pastries perfectly. The atmosphere at Reborn Coffee is laid-back and welcoming, with an interior that makes you feel at home the moment you step inside. It's a great place to unwind or get some work done, thanks to its chill vibe and friendly service. In short, Reborn Coffee offers a fantastic combination of tasty treats, a warm atmosphere, and great service. It's definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for a cozy spot to relax or work.“
“A good selection of coffee options, especially the Flat White.. a lot of places don't have that or have baristas who know how to do it right.. I'm a harsh critic hahaVegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: GF optionsParking: Easy in the morningsKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Recently stopped by this coffee shop and wasn't sure what to try. The barista with the smiley hat, Tony, was super friendly and helpful; he recommended the Chaggachino which was AMAZING. I'll definitely be stopping by again soon; the coffee is really good and so are the pastries. The coffee shop has a great vibe and everyone is very welcoming.“
“My 5 yo son was with me when I dropped my wife off to work and we had time to get breakfast before going to school. He didn't know what he wanted but as we were driving towards his school I noticed this Dunkin that I didn't know was here. When I asked him if he wanted Dunkin he screamed yes. It really worked out, he got his strawberry donut with sprinkles and I got my iced coffee and breakfast croissant with sausage and egg. The staff was really nice and friendly. They were quick and it was clean inside so eating in the store was pleasant. Now I know they're there and will be back again soon.“
“Did a quick stop to try out the new mango ice blended drink. It tasted like a mango creamsicle and ran a bit sweet for my taste but was nice to try it. This store had paper straw only so would recommend grabbing 2 straws if you are planning to let your drink sit for a while. The parking in this plaza is not the best so be prepared to wait for parking or park further. At the store, there are a few seating areas inside and outside. The plaza has other food options and outdoor seatings as well.Service was fast. Also Johnny was great and put in the happy hour discount code when I forgot.“
“I recently visited the Starbucks drive-thru and had an exceptional experience thanks to Breanna. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit delightful. She took the time to recommend a new drink, ensuring I left with a smile. Breanna’s positive attitude truly elevated my Starbucks experience.“
“I ordered a matcha latte and a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel with egg, cheese and avocado instead of bacon. The matcha was mediocre because of the quality but the barista did an excellent job making it with cinnamon and honey. Just couldn't taste much of the matcha flavor itself. The breakfast sandwich was incredible! Bagel perfectly crispy warm on the outside and soft inside, tomato jam incredible flavor. This place is a hole in the wall so not much space to sit except for some benches outside with a stunning view of the ocean. I went early morning around 8am on a weekday. It's a great grab and go location for locals or someone stopping by the area. Baristas were very friendly and chatted with everyone which created a welcoming atmosphere.“
