Had to check this place out since it’s the iconic diner from The O.C. It looks so familiar in real life! Staff was really nice to us. We ordered a veggie burger (pretty average) and a side salad. The bathrooms were pretty gross, but honestly, as a fan of the show, I’m still glad we went.
Gave us some bait and hooks and we caught tons

Redondo Coffee Shop and Bait & Tackle Shop is a well-known establishment in Redondo, renowned for its famous churros, said to be the best in town. The menu offers a varied selection, and the coffee and cappuccino are of good quality. The shop is a popular breakfast spot, especially after a walk on the pier. Operating for over 30 years, the shop is open for breakfast and lunch, though weekday hours have changed to 10:30 AM due to the pandemic, while weekends remain the same at 7:30 AM. Customers praise the friendly service, solid food, and breathtaking views from the dock, where they can watch fishermen and dolphins. The location at the end of the Redondo pier, which has served as a filming location for a popular television show, adds to the charm of this diner-style restaurant, where the prices are slightly higher than similar establishments but worth the experience.
