Very nice to frequent specifically in the summer but honestly I e had it while it’s raining and it’s just as amazing. 10/10 don’t want to recommend because lines will get longer when I go, but I’ll wait. “The Baseline: For a fast serve yogurt place, the frozen yogurt must be of good quality, the toppings must be varied and fresh, and the service must be efficient.

Food: Pinkberry as a chain has a good, consistent soft serve frozen yogurt. They have a good variety of flavors and the toppings are fresh and quality. The serving sizes are good and priced accordingly.

Service: The night we went we had great service and it was fast/efficient. The portion size served was really good.

Ambiance: This is a standard Pinkberry set up and the inside was clean and well kept. The outside area is well lit at night and felt to be a safe environment.“

I had such a great experience here and wanted to give the team a well-deserved review. One of the things I really appreciate is that they stay open late. I came in around 1 AM, and it was honestly so convenient to have a place where I could still get something sweet that late at night.
Even though it was very late, the workers were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and they were happy to help me choose what I wanted. Their customer service was genuinely appreciated, especially at that hour.
I also want to mention how clean the store was. Everything looked well-maintained and organized, which made the experience even better. It’s nice to see employees keeping the place clean while still providing good customer service.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Great ice cream, helpful employees, a clean environment, and being open late is a huge plus. “I came to this spot by accident, yes you heard me. I was looking for another ice cream shop and ran across this one. I purchased a double scoop to go. I scoop of vanilla and and one scoop of praline pecan ice cream in a cup survive the ride home. Once inside the house, that ice cream didn't stand a chance. It didn't have that frost bitten taste that you experience from store bought ice cream. I will try again and I recommend going there.“

“This is MY FAVORITE plant based ice cream in Los Angeles! Not only are they healthy, but super delicious and creamy. Normally when you get plant based ice creams in other places they are not as creamy and not using premium ingredients like they do. “Tucked away in the mall almost like a gem in the rough. Those that love gelato craftsmenship made with care and charm, this is it. Open your mind (or tongue) and try the different options! Great for couples, family, and friend. If you have a foodie friend who doesn't judge on exterior but rather the taste, this is a worthy spot.

The lady helping us allowed us to try different options until we landed on Thai tea, almond amaretto, riceberry horchata on The Special (3 flavors) on a waffle bowl. It was placed on coconut sticky rice. At first I raised my eyebrows but when I tried it, I was blown away how GREAT of combo this is! 5/5 I would go out of my way to try this. What I also love about this is that it isn't sweet like typical dairy icecream but just sweet enough like the true gelatos you have in Italy. You must at least try this with the waffle bowl - it was quite the delight. The portion is big and you'll be surprisingly full. The special (3 flavors) is best for 2-3 people (regular serving). If you're going to eat this by yourself I'd just get 1 serving or the gelato cup.

“I love this little cafe. They're great in a heat wave since they serve a variety of popsicles and ice creams.

Personally I like their muffins and iced caco lattes. It's about $9 for a muffin and a latte.

The staff is pretty friendly too.
