FRANK! He truly made an impact this evening, by going above and beyond with customer service and genuine care. A rarity nowadays but truly a genuine gesture from Frank— he found candles in the back for us, giving it to us to make our friends birthday special. Also the gelato is 12/10! I’d choose this spot for the quality team that works there, like Frank, and the delicious sweets!
Bacio di Latte is literally my favorite, and Angie is a HUGE reason why!! 🩷 She’s always so sweet, welcoming, and such a vibe every time I come in! Her energy and customer service make the experience that much better, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her whenever I visit! The gelato is amazing, but the customer service makes this location extra special! 🍨💕
