I have to mention they have a lot of vegan options too! And lastly, the staff is really nice which makes the overall experience really great. 😊“

“My review is for the new thin cookies.
I went during the free thin cookie giveaway and bought the Dubai style chocolate cookie. $7 for 2 thin cookies. I got the brownie batter and it was great, falling apart but good. Taste wise for Dubai chocolate was also good. Cookie quality in terms of taste is not the issue. I love chewy cookies but I'm giving it 3 stars for value and also how my cookies stuck together by the time I got home, which was less than 2 miles, so packaging fail. The ladies working at the shop was nice and quick. But $7 for 2 filmsy cookie is a bit expensive in my opinion.“

“Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in awhile! Strawberry chocolate chip is very authentic tasting and the mint cookie is super minty. I also tried the peaches & cream and I ended up getting the hazelnut and strawberry. $7 for a split scoop, $13 for a pint. And the owner Sarah is super nice about giving samples. Will definitely regularly visit! Glad to see a non chain in the area.“

“tonight i went to handles in culver city. the worker james was amazing. we came in right at closing time. he was super helpful in explaining all the cone sizes and letting us each have a sample. We had a GREAT experience and will definitely be coming back!“

“I won’t give less stars because I really like eating yogurt here. However, I bought two small yogurts and the pineapple and mango was too ripe. When I asked them if they could change it they didn’t want to. They only agree to take it off and didn’t give me other toppings. I think if a costumer is telling you that the fruit does not taste good you should at least offer to change the fruit. Just be more careful with the fruit you guys are selling.“

“Five stars for the woman who worked there on Saturday. She made me my oreo, sweet cream and sprinkles on top. In a waffle cup. Kind of pricey but it hit the spot. Some women spotted me with my ice cream and commented on how good it looked. I told them where I got it. Little did they know how much effort I went through to get it. Ie all the driving and talking to other Cold Stones to find the best store.“

“Was just acosted in a store at Westfield Culver City at on a Tuesday afternoon est. 3p; Stemmed over a minor misunderstanding involving a teen girl and a mirror that grew into a gang of teen girls, all dressed alike, hunting me down and threatening me. I had to be escorted to my car by security. I do hope Westfield Culver City is NOT becoming the gang infested den it was as Fox Hills mall. I will NOT be visiting Westfield Culver City/Fox Hills Mall anytime soon. I'll drive a little farther for a safer shopping option.“
