I did like that you could get a mix of 2 flavors by using the middle lever in the machines.The machines could use maintenance on most of the machines. When pulling the handle for the frozen yogurt, it would dispense slowly.They have a bday room reserved.I personally do not like the pay by weight. That's just me.Trash needed to be thrown out.“

“Five stars for the woman who worked there on Saturday. She made me my oreo, sweet cream and sprinkles on top. In a waffle cup. Kind of pricey but it hit the spot. Some women spotted me with my ice cream and commented on how good it looked. I told them where I got it. Little did they know how much effort I went through to get it. Ie all the driving and talking to other Cold Stones to find the best store.“

There were a few egg custard tarts left so we took the 'buy 5 and get 1 free' offer. And I must say they are legit HK egg custard tarts ! She left a bad review, but the owner reached out to my wife to make accommodations, which is generous.We ordered 3 types of cupcakes, Devils Food, Carrot, and Birthday Cake. “I've been going to both locations for years, but this one is more convenient for me. I love everything that they bake. My favorite is the cookies. But they also made my wedding cake. I made an appointment at the Torrance location for that. It was beautifully decorated just as I requested with different flavors on each tier: red velvet with cream cheese, yellow with strawberries and whip cream, and banana with custard. Everyone raved about it! Back to the cookies. I usually go to the Gardena location for my fix. They have a cookie special on Wednesday, but I can't remember what it is. The chocolate chip cookies are great. Pro tip: get the bag of cookies vs. individual ones for a better price. The fudge chews are a cross between a brownie and a cookie. We call them brookies. They make a maple one as well. But my favorite cookie is the peanut butter. They're slightly crispy but also soft. They also make great custom cookies and cakes, donuts, petit fours, small pastries. I'm sure there's something for everyone with a sweet tooth.“

“This was my first time here and I'm super impressed! From the outside of the building to the clean and bright inside, it was a treat coming here. I got an assortment of pastries and desserts and I wasn't disappointed with any of my choices. I couldn't tell you the names of the desserts I took home except for the baklava but picking them out just based on how delicious they looked was definitely exciting and fun. I love trying new things, especially other culture's food and Le Gout doesn't disappoint when it comes to their desserts. I'll have to come back for the food, it all looked very good. “After being raised in LA for so many years. I learned that this cafe had been in Hawthorne for many years. We ordered the Frita Cubana, plátanos maduros, some pastelitos de Guayaba y Queso (Refugiados) and Pineapple. It seems as their pastries have a coconut and sugar wash to give the bits a different sweetness layer. We included each a Cortadito, which HIT the spot on a rainy afternoon. The service here was very attentive and fast in a laid back environment. I most definitely recommend this Cafe, over other competitors who have grown too big and have undermined the product. This visit took me back to my childhood being Cuban in LA and going shopping with my parents doing the rounds supporting our community.“

“This is actually one of the nicest BR I have been to, ever. It is very modern with dine in, carryout, AND drive-through options. It is clean and well lit as well as well stocked. I liked this place because they had a lot of other dessert treats besides just ice cream. Treats like their standard ice cream cakes and bananas, but also different ones like their mango fruit bars and mini personal ice cream cakes. The service was ok. There were four employees, and it seemed that if you don't let someone help you right away, you may have to wait a bit. I think just know what you want when you get there and it should work out fine. Also, I'm not sure about your local BR, but ours does not accept the deals offered through the app on our phones. I suppose they are an independently owned BR? They were sweet with sugar (?) but tasted like they lacked something but I can't quite put my finger on it. This bake shop is located in a tough spot for business but has a couple parking spots in front which is nice if you snag one. If you're coming from Barrington and turn right on Olympic, it's easy to then turn right on the street that JFB is located. If you're coming the opposite way, Olympic turning left to get there it's kinda dangerous imo!“

“Great lil mom-and-pop bakery! Service is great and has a large shared parking lot. This is a no-frills kind of bakery. Generally, what they offer aren't fancy but are solid basic korean-style pastries. I especially like their white bean pastry. And my goodness, they do not skimp on their fillings! Just that alone will have me coming back. Haven't gotten their cakes but they look nice and are fairly priced. They also sell coffee and korean shaved ice, which I'll have to try one day! I'll keep coming back as long as they're open :)“

I stopped by today 4/16 around 4 pm on what is their busiest day and the employees (1 young woman & 3 young men) were so quick, very kind and smiling! It was a great vibe and their positive attitude made my visit amazing. I even saw one of the employees come out and offer ice cream to the property security guards around the store. Incredibly kind of them! It was my first time visiting this location and although the ice cream was free I felt the need to leave them a nice tip in gratitude.“

“Walked up to the Lady M Cake Boutique on Sawtelle Blvd today and had a piece of cake for my brother's birthday. My brother lives in New York City so he can go to one of the Lady M Cake Boutiques there and have a piece of the same cake. Had a piece of the salted caramel mille crepes cake. It is one of the seasonal cakes. It has the biggest picture (an entire page to itself) in the menu. It was very good. “Goldstar Bakery has an incredible selection of pastries at extremely affordable price points! I've been a couple times, this time for cakes - all of which were about $2.50 a slice. Next time I'd go straight for the Chocolate Ganache as the rest were fairly dry but had good flavors. All the pastries are phenomenal, and the traditional breads are perfect for snacking and charcuterie. I'd absolutely recommend for a snack or special occasion! Parking is plentiful and the staff are prompt, so know what you want when you get to the counter.“

Not only was the cake amazing but we also had a mishap with our dog bumping the cake while it was in its packaging which damaged the corner. Although it was completely our fault, Crumbles jumped in and quickly repaired the cake for us and saved the day after much stress and anxiety about the mishap!
